Our Story
Eduklusive Academy was founded by Dr. Solomon Adebola to help build a society where everyone can flourish, whatever their background. We work with individuals, schools and organisations to make learning and workplaces more inclusive, and to give people the leadership and life skills to succeed.
We promote diversity, equity and inclusion in local communities through fellowships, training and empowerment programs.

Solomon Adebola (PhD)
Founder, Eduklusive
Dr. Solomon Adebola is an education specialist and Founder of Eduklusive, which delivers capacity deleopment programmes for educators, school leaders, young adults, and corporate individuals.
Solomon is a cholar practioner holding a Ph.D. in Educational Administration, his perspectives is enriched by international academic exchange in Germany through Erasmus, and a live experienced fellowship in Malaysia with Teach for All.
Solomon is deeply commited to equipping emerging leaders and young professionals with the actionable skills, confidence, and networks needed to navigate modern career pathways. He has trained over 2,000 teachers and over 5,000 young adults.
